About Me

Sharon Torneo is a holistic health practitioner dedicated to helping others achieve balance and well-being through reiki, sound healing, and integrative wellness coaching. Her work focuses on addressing the effects of trauma by promoting mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, somatic practices, and the use of nutrition and purposeful movement to support overall health. As a certified reiki master and integrative health coach, she uses energy-based and holistic modalities to reduce stress, enhance mind-body connection, and encourage personal transformation. She holds a B.A. in Urban and Community Studies from the University of Connecticut and has a background in community service, including ESL tutoring and participation in wellness and mental health initiatives across Connecticut.
