You are invited to join us in welcoming the arrival of the winter solstice with a very special ceremonial sound bath. We'll begin with a reflective opening solstice meditation, cleansing breath work and an inspirational reading. You will be invited to to set your own personal intention for the new season before settling in and then relaxing back into a blissful reiki infused, multi-instrument sound journey. Guided by sound creator and meditation teacher, Juls Bacewicz, you'll soon find yourself floating into a deep state of being, allowing all tension and stress to melt away.
