Virtual Creative Meditation
Facilitator: Yvonne Gordon Moser LPCA., MA. She/Her
You are invited to join from the comfort of your home, yet in community with others in a virtual space. Yvonne will offer a simple guided art or writing prompt using simple drawing materials. Colored pencils, pens and paper required.
Art making followed by individual shares as time allows. The goal is to reduce the chronic feelings of grief by building community and resilience.
