Virtual Creative Meditation Facilitator: Yvonne Gordon Moser LPCA., MA. She/Her
You are invited to join from the comfort of your home, yet in community with others in a virtual space. Art therapist, Yvonne Gordon Moser will offer a simple guided art or writing prompt using simple drawing materials. Colored pencils, pens and paper required.
Art-making followed by individual shares as time allows. The goal is to reduce the chronic feelings of grief by building community and resilience.
